Our Story

The Shell Club was originally formed in 1952 by a handful of
workers at the Shell refinery.
A tin shed that served as a clubhouse was erected on the
same site that the club occupies today.
Over the years it evolved from that sparse beginning to
a venue hosting a variety of entertainment for the members to enjoy.
